Overview

Found singly or in small shivers, in both shallow and deep freshwater and marine waters, of bays, estuaries, lagoons, lakes and rivers. Can cover great distances and can be found hundreds of kilometers from the sea.

This is probably the most dangerous shark to humans!

Requiem Sharks have some of the most potentially dangerous sharks in their family and are responsible for over half of shark attacks. They can also be difficult to identify!
