Looking at this photo (http://www.fishbase.us/photos/UploadedBy.php?autoctr=16527), it looks like the Triplefin blenny Tripterygion tartessicum, but http://diposit.ub.edu/dspace/bitstream/2445/32404/1/544804.pdf says that there a none in Greece. So, it could be the Tripterygion tripteronotum instead?
The fish might be Black-faced blenny - Tripterygion delaisi.

I cannot find any evidence to suggest this is not found in Greece. The link you put on the site did not work!
