Found close to or in crevices, over very shallow, clear, light-exposed areas of rocky shores of coastal reefs rich in algae growth.
They feed on small invertebrates.
Length - 7.7cm
Depth - 0-6m
Widespread Eastern Central Atlantic, Mediterranean
