Description

Also known as Brown Shark, Large-finned Shark, Northern Whaler Shark, Queriman Shark, Sand Shark, Thickskin Shark.

Found singly, in shallow waters, of bays, harbours, and river mouths, also around inshore and off-shore waters, close to deep waters, of the continental and insular shelves.
They feed on cephalopods, crustaceans, bony fish, molluscs, rays, and young sharks.
Length - 200cm
Depth - 0-500m
Worldwide

Not considered a threat to humans!
