Description
Also known as Cortez Electric Ray, Cortez Numbfish, Giant Electric Guitarfish, Giant Numbfish.
Found in shallow waters, often buried in the day, over sandy bottoms, foraging for food at night, in bays and coastal reefs.
They feed on sea squirts and worms.
Length - 119cm
Depth - 1-100m
Widespread Eastern Pacific
Numbfish have a much weaker shock than other types of Electric Rays.

As far as I can find there is no fish with the name Narcine gibsonii perhaps you could send a link!
Electric guitarfish, huh? Then, shouldn't its scientific name be Narcine gibsonii?
