Actually according to fishbase these spots are often on the yellow belly which also has the yellow fins and the coloring of this one! The Tan hamlet is more universal brown.
But I can check with fishbase!
Because of the dark spot on snout, small dark spot at upper base of the pectoral fin and the dark saddle spot on tail base, I actually think this is the tan hamlet and not the yellowbelly hamlet (which misses these spots)
