Taken at the Citrus Ridge dive site off the northeast coast of Pulau Yanggelo, northwest of Arborek in Raja Ampat. 0.510767°S, 130.455800°E
Behaved like a shrimpgoby, darting into a nearby burrow when I approached - but I didn't see a shrimp. Most closely resembles a dark morph Banded Shrimpgoby (Cryptocentrus cinctus) but the markings on the fins don't match any photo of that species I've seen. I've ruled out any of the Asterropteryx gobies as the blue dots are not in rows.

I really don't know I did wonder if it was Acentrogobius cyanomos!
Perhaps a Y-bar shrimp goby (Cryptocentrus fasciatus) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Y-bar_shrimp_goby https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Y-bar_shrimp_goby#/media/File:Metallic_Shrimp_Goby.jpg
