If the picture was taken in Japan then this is the right one the other one is from the Indian Ocean!

Thank you for your comment and suggestion. After some research, it seems likely that it is a Sail-fin Tang (Zebrasoma veliferum). They look quite similar, and indeed Wikipedia seems to show the picture of Zebrasoma desjardinii on the page for Zebrasoma veliferum. Or vice versa? What do you think?
