Thank you for your comment and suggestion. After some research, it seems likely that it is a Sail-fin Tang (Zebrasoma veliferum). They look quite similar, and indeed Wikipedia seems to show the picture of Zebrasoma desjardinii on the page for Zebrasoma veliferum. Or vice versa? What do you think?
