Rosy Razorfish
Xyrichtys martinicensis
The Rosy Razorfish can be found most likely over manatee grass sea grass beds. They inhabit waters from about 6-40 feet. The top 3 pictures are the female and the bottom two are the male. Razorfish will bury themselves in the sand to escape predators. They will move away when approached (but not threatened) then return to the territory they are protecting.
Please enter some search params to find your fish! Keywords, names or nicknames should all work!
Alternatively, if you have NO IDEA what it is, click the green button to mark as unidentified.
