That looks like a blood parrot cichlid, based on the mouth shape and color. The blood parrot is a fairly large cichlid, clocking in at about 10 inches maximum. It is a hybrid between two other cichlid species. The reason its mouth looks that way is due to a debilitating deformity that makes the mouth not close properly, giving the animal trouble eating. I do not recommend buying this fish.
