Seen in Swan River mid winter location 32 deg 0.7' S, 115 deg 46.8'E. Water temp about 16 deg C. We have seen white lionfish in open water offshore, but the River normally flushes with freshwater annually with winter rain. That rain has been delayed this year and not yet arrived. The River bottom would normally be considered a muck dive.
Clearly, a torch was used for illumination.
