The only fish that come close to my pic are the yellowfin goatfish (Mulloidichthys vanicolensis), but this one is supposed to have yellow fins, and the yellow stripe goatfish (Mulloidichthys flavolineatus), but that one is supposed to have a black blotch below the first dorsal fin. I couldn't find anything else that resembles the fish on the pic...
