I was also thinking a Bleekers Parrotfish (Chlorurus bleekeri) but the 2 bits of colour didn't seem right and it seems too far east of its range (west of Samoa according to Randell)
Thanks Alyona, I thought so too but can't find it in any books.It wasn't very big about 7-9cm. We saw several over 7 days but this was the best photo I took. It was always with other smallish fish but not with others like it.
The fish looks like a wrasse, but I can't name the exact species since there isn't a match. I remember I saw it once, but without ID. Maybe later.

Well, Mark, I don't think it's C.bleekeri either - it doesn' look that way. I hope to get the clue some time later.
