However, just an idea. The single long pectoral fin hinted me to the idea of a blenny in the absense of knowledge of other fishes.
In the picture it looks like the fish has barbels!
Or is it just coral?
If it is barbels then it may be the Three-bearded rockling - Gaidropsarus vulgaris, if not then will go back to the drawing board!!

Could be but, it the shape looks all wrong, is it the same fish? Was this two pictures you took of the same fish?
Since there are some red lines the fins, might this also be a Rusty Blenny?
