Mutants maybe? :) There's one fish I can more or less clearly distiguish the 2-d dorsal fin on. On the other hand, I see there's no that yellowish-greenish colouring on the snout here. To my mind, Ambassis macracanthus doesn't look like the fishes in the pic. So, there are doubts. Let's search more.
It can't be this one as it has Parapriacanthus ransonneti as it has two dorsal fins!
Could be Estuarine glass perchlet - Ambassis macracanthus but not sure this the right area!
