I personally still think that this (the one in the middle with the contrasting colouration) is a yellowmouth grouper. Compare with the juvenile picture on this page: http://flowergarden.noaa.gov/about/fishlist3.html#bass
I'm not so familiar with the fish in that area, but it looks to me like a juvenile yellowmouth grouper (Mycteroperca interstitialis).

Which one are we looking at? The black & white one looks like a cleaner wrasse, but should be near a ray or shark?
