A pteropod of some kind (aka sea butterfly, and to a lesser extent "potato chip of the sea"). I'm not sure that fishes actually eat enough of them (other than Mola mola and other such animals) to warrant calling them potato chips. I'm not familiar with differentiating many pteropods/sea butterflies, so I cannot give you a specific species ID. Have a great day!
