I agree with Alyona that this looks like a couple of images on a site called Encyclopedia Of Life under Upside Down Jellyfish. The one in my image is about 8 inches across or maybe a little bigger. It fits the information about its habitat and behavior. We saw this one in a small lagoon in the lower Florida Keys.
