Well, to start it would be not bad to define the genus at least. Looks like being a wrasse, might be Coris sp. juvenile. Just an idea.

Posted by @ReefguideI finally found it, this wrasse is a juvenile Gomphosus caeruleus(Lacepede, 1801). English name is Green birdmouth wrasse.
