I have put it in this category but wondered if it might actually be Scarus altipinnis? Although I have never seen one with a green tail only a yellow tail!
I just think if this could be Centrolabrus caeruleus juvenile...

Posted by @fishx6Well it looks very similar but is in the wrong place as they are in the North East Atlantic and this was taken in Indonesia, although not impossible!
