if this where in the Caribbean I'd swear it was a juvenile Dusky Damselfish (Stegastes adustus) - I guess the Pomacentrus vaiuli is a not too distant cousin in the Indian Ocean.
Looks more like Ocellate damselfish Pomacentrus vaiuli than Pomacentrus chrysurus.
