A pretty piranha/pacu. I'm uncertain if a pacu can be identified to species without dentition or gill raker info. There is what appears to be within species variability. A Pygocentrus sp. perhaps.
Maybe: Pygocentrus nattereri or Pygocentrus piraya or Pygocentrus palometa.

I�??m 100% sure it was a Pygocentrus cariba.The black spots will be disappears after adult.
It does not have the black spot on the side!
