This is a Hawksbill Turtle- Eretmochelys imbriocata.
The Hawksbill Turtle has 2 pairs plates between the eyes, the Green Turtle only has one pair.
Green Sea Turtles are named for the color of their body's fatty tissue, NOT the color of their shell. Green Sea Turtles can grow to 3 times the size of the Hawksbill.

To me, it looks more like a Green turtle - Chelonia mydas ( that green colour on the back).
Eretmochelys imbricata ?
