When a fish is added to the site it defaults to Australia and if not changed, and I believe this picture was taken in an aquarium, hence an Atlantic fish being in Australia!
Perhaps it isn't a Blackbar, but it looks very much the same based on the quality of the photo.
Unfortunately,The Caribbean now has pacific lionfish, and they aren't suppose to be here either.
A soldierfish, to me, Myripristis sp. (maybe M. murdjan).

The area of M. jacobus is stated to be Western Atlantic and here it's Australia.
