Yes, I also thought of S.parvipinnis, but in all the photos I saw there's a large white spot on the back and sides, so it's hard to say for certain. S. hirsutus could be closer to the truth...
This is maybe Scorpaenodes sp., close to Scorpaenodes guamensis, but not that sure...

Could this one be Scorpaenodes parvipinnis or even hirsutus the spine doesn't look like the spines of most scorpionfish?
