Yes, it is toadfish, I think it is Halophryne diemensis but not sure. Check my last photo - it is other toadfish, picture was taking on same divesite but I am not sure it is same specie or not.
This evidently is a pretty toadfish, but what species...Not that sure, but it probably is Allenbatrachus grunniens. I'll check it later.
