Today - 27-3-2021 got stung on hand by Plotosus Lineatus - Striped Eel Catfish - extremely painful instantly - wound bled profusely on base of index finger and felt throbbing with pins and needles forming in rest of hand and wrist. Doctor put me on special antibiotics and tetanus shot- not to use arm at all and see the doctor tomorrow and Monday.
This all happened at Yarra Bay beach, Botany Bay while picking up rubbish from the floods.
