Description

Also known as Chocolate Cichild, Poor Man's Discus, Triangle Cichlid, Uaru Cichlid, Waroo Cichlid.

Found in pairs and schools, amongst submerged branches and tree roots, in clear streams of the Amazon, and Negro River Basins and their tributaries. Varies in colour.
They feed on crustaceans, insects, and worms.
