Description

Also known as Leopard Shark, Maneater Shark, Spotted Shark.

Found singly, near the surface, or in very deep waters, of estuaries, harbours, jetties, lagoons, reefs, and over the continental, and insular shelfs, as well as in open waters of the ocean.
They feed nocturnally on virtually anything from domestic animals, cephalopods, crustaceans, detritus, fish, gastropods, humans, rays, other sharks, tortoises, etc!

Circumtropical

They are potentially dangerous.
