Found over intertidal surge zones, around buoys, in crevices, corals, floating debris, around oil platforms, ships hulls, and in tide-pools.
They feed on fish and soft molluscs.

Depth - 0-22m
Widespread Eastern Atlantic

  1. The tidal spray crab reaches a body width of about 2.4 inches. It can be reddish, greenish or orangish. They have a flat body; the front of the carapace and leg joints have small pointed teeth.
