Also know as Little Spinefoot, Marbled Rabbitfish, Marbled Spinefoot, Rivulated Spinefoot, Spinefoot.

Found in large to very schools over shallow protected reefs rich in algae growth. When sleeping or threatened these rabbitfish change to a blotched pattern.
They feed on algae.

Depth - 0-30m
Widespread Western Indian Ocean, Mediterranean

Rabbitfish are usually found in algae rich reefs.
