Description

Also known as Baldspot Monocle Bream, Baldspot Spinecheek, Barred-face Spinecheek, Coral Bream, Monocle Bream, Spinecheek, Whiptail.

Found singly or in small schools, over rubble and sandy bottoms, close to reefs, along coastal shorelines and in lagoons.
They feed on small fish and benthic invertebrates.
