Also known as Lemon Damselfish, Molucca Damsel, Molucca Demoiselle, Yellow Damsel, Yellow Damselfish.

Found in small schools, sheltering in the arms of branching corals, over clear water lagoons and fringing reefs. Tongan and Fijian Lemon Damsel's have completely different colouring to anywhere else.
They feed on algae and planktonic crustaceans.

Widespread Eastern Indian Ocean, Western Pacific

Damselfish are egg layers.
