Description

Also known as Commerson's Sea Pike, Dingo Fish, European Barracuda, Giant Sea Pike, Mediterranean Barracuda, Sea Pike, Short Barracuda, Small-eyed Barracuda.

Found singly or in small schools, usually near the surface, in murky harbours to open seas.
They feed on cephalopods, fish, and shrimps.
Juveniles found over sheltered estuaries, mangroves, and inner reef areas.
Length - 180cm
Depth - 1-100m
Circumtropical

Barracudas are large and torpedo shaped with an awesome array of teeth.
