Description
Also known as Nurseryfish, Yellowmouth Cardinalfish.
Found in dense schools hovering above rocky outcrops, amongst mangroves, entering rivers and in deeper waters with shipwrecks, in silty conditions of coastal reefs.
They feed nocturnally on fish eggs, fish larvae, shrimps and pelagic worms
