Also known as Caribbean Reef Goby, Crystal Goby, Gudgeon, Masked Reef Goby, Striped Goby.

Found in schools, close to columns, and live coral heads, hovering above bottoms of caves, and shaded areas, of the reefs.
They feed on plankton.
Length - 2.5cm
Depth - 8-50m
Widespread Western Atlantic, Caribbean

Difficult to distinguish this goby and the Coryphopterus personatus under water!
