Description

Also known as Bullseye Cardinalfish, Flower Cardinal, Gold Cardinalfish, Nurseryfish, Purple-eye Ring-tailed Cardinalfish, Ringtail Cardinalfish, Ring-tailed Cardinalfish, White Cardinal.

Found in small schools, in moderate currents, over tidal channels, estuaries, and in shallow coastal reefs.
They feed nocturnally on crustaceans, fish, and zooplankton.
