Description

Also known as Bicolor Fairy Basslet, Cleanerfish, Royal Gramma, Royal Gramma Basslet.

Found close to ceilings of caves, under ledges, or close to recesses in corals, sometimes swimming upside down, retreating into these recesses when threatened. Will also act as a cleaner fish to others.
They feed on crustaceans, parasites of other fish, and zooplankton.
Length - 8cm
Depth - 1-60m
Widespread Western Central Atlantic
