Description
Also known as Chinese Damsel, Halfmoon Damsel, Lyretail Damselfish, Orange-tailed Damselfish, Yellowtail Demoiselle.
Found in pairs, and schools, over soft bottoms, around coral and rocky outcrops, of coastal reefs.
They feed on algae, fish eggs and zooplankton.

Damselfish are egg layers.
