Also known as Bluntsnout Shark, Cub Shark, Estuary Shark, Estuary Whaler Shark, Freshwater Whaler, Ground Shark, Hervey Bay Whaler Shark, Nicaragua Shark, Pigeye Shark, River Whaler, River Whaler Shark, Swan River Whaler, Swan River Whaler Shark, Zambezi Shark.

Found singly or in small shivers, in both shallow and deep freshwater and marine waters, of bays, estuaries, lagoons, lakes and rivers. Can cover great distances and can be found hundreds of kilometers from the sea.
They feed on carrion, crustaceans, echinoderms, fish, garbage, molluscs, rays, squid, other sharks, sea turtles.

Depth - 1-150m
Circumtropical

This is probably the most dangerous shark to humans!
