Description

Also known as Blue-spotted Seabream, Grey Large-eye Bream, Large-eyed Bream.

Found singly or in schools, over rubble and sandy bottoms and slopes, close to coral and rocky reefs and in clear coastal lagoons.
They feed nocturnally on benthic invertebrates.
Length - 45cm
Depth - 15-50m
Widespread Indo-West Pacific
