Description

Also known as Blacktip Kingfish, Papuan Trevally, Trevally, Yellowtail Kingfish.

Found singly, or in small schools, over deep rocky reefs, of clear coastal waters, and in estuaries.
They feed on cephalopods, crustaceans and fish.
Length - 50cm
Depth - 5-80m
Widespread Indo-West Pacific
