Hi, Lorraine. Another English name for C. amblyrhynchos is blacktail reef shark, it (usually) has a broadening rather bright black margin on the the tail which isn't seen in the fish in the photo. As for a dull snout the bull shark may have it, too, and, for example, another Russian name for this shark species is "dullsnout shark". Therefore I rather thought of C. leucas though I'm not 100% sure.

I am not good on identifying sharks but I thought it was a grey reef shark (obviously way off) because of the rounded head, what other features does it have to identify as a bull shark?

Probably a Bull shark - Carcharhinus leucas.
