Description

Found in pairs, over shallow, hard and soft coral sand patches, of estuaries, coastal reef flats, and slopes.
They feed on benthic seaweeds.
Juveniles found in mangroves.

Depth - 0-20m
Widespread Indo-West Pacific

Rabbitfish are usually found in algae rich reefs.
