Description

Also known as Threebeard Rockling, Whistler.

Found over gravel, mud, rock and sandy bottoms in cold coastal waters.
They feed on crustaceans, fish and invertebrates.
Length - 60cm
Depth - 20-120m
Widespread Northeast Atlantic, Mediterranean

These rocklings have a scaleless slimy body!
