Also known as Anemone Shrimp, Carid Shrimp, Caribbean Sea Anemone.

Found living with the sea anemone Stichodactyla helianthus, and sometimes with Condylactis gigantic, over coral and rocky reefs.
They feed on the mucus and tentacles of its host anemone.
Length - 2.5cm
Depth - 1-18m
Widespread Western Central Pacific, Caribbean

Carid shrimps occur worldwide in almost every habitat, from sea water to fresh water and can be found all over the reef.
They are generally respected by other creatures, often sharing burrows and holes and working as housekeepers.
