Found living on gorgonian sea fans, over deepwater, coastal, coral and rocky reefs.
They feed on zooplankton.
Length - 5cm
Depth - 35-240m
Widespread Indo-West Pacific

Anomura crabs are considered false crabs, they have a longer abdomen and the back legs are modified or reduced so hardly noticeable.
These crabs include the hermit crabs and squat lobsters.
