Also known as Medusa Spaghetti Worm, Medusa Worm, Rock Worm, Segmented Sea Worm, Segmented Worm, Tubeworm.

Found often in Halodule wrightii shoalgrass beds, or in vertical holes and reef crevices, over protected rubble bays, deep estuarine channels and tide-pools, rich in organic detritus.
They feed on detritus.
Length - 25cm
Depth - 0-75m
Circumtropical

Segmented worms are extremely mobile, have strong jaws for hunting and feeding on their prey.
Some worms are covered in hairs for protection, scavenging on the sea floor for detritus.
