Description

Found singly, pairs, or in small to large schools, hovering above the substrate feeding, over coral and rocky reefs.
They feed on zooplankton.
Length - 7cm
Depth - 2-15m
Indian Ocean - Sri Lanka, Andaman Sea

Anemonefish are specialised damselfish and live a symbiotic relationship with various anemones. Some anemonefish will only be found with one type of anemone, but others can live with many types.
