Description

Also known as Lancet, Lancetfish.

Found in cold, deep to very deep waters, of the Eastern Ionian Sea.
They feed on crustaceans, fish, and planktonic organisms.
Length - 50cm
Depth - 50-1030m
Atlantic Ocean - North Atlantic and adjacent seas, Mediterranean
